The compact device comes with an integrated, foldable desktop stand, as well as the ability to be wall-mounted. It uses a common 1 x AAA battery (not included) and has a large, easy-to-read LCD screen.

The indoor (IN) temperature range is -10°C to +50°C (+14°F to +122°F), while the outdoor (OUT) sensor can measure temperatures from -50°C to +70°C (-58°F to +158°F). However, the device can only measure indoor (IN) humidity levels.

To use the in and out temperature measuring feature, the user needs to plug the sensor wire into the socket under the battery cover and place the sensor outside the house. By pressing the "IN-OUT" button, the user can toggle between displaying the indoor (IN) or outdoor (OUT) temperature, indicated on the LCD screen.

If the outdoor temperature sensor is not installed, the device will only show the indoor temperature.

The "MAX-MIN" button allows the user to view the recorded maximum and minimum temperature and humidity values, which are displayed on the screen.

Additionally, the "°C/°F" button enables the user to switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit temperature units.

Lastly, the "RESET" button resets all set and recorded values to their original state.
